However, it's worth noting that specific room requests may not always be accommodated initially, as was my experience. The efficient staff swiftly resolved the issue, highlighting their commitment to guest satisfaction.The room itself exuded luxury, with a spacious layout and modern amenities like a glass-separated bathroom. The diverse breakfast options and quality facilities enhance the overall value of the stay. While the initial room allocation hiccup was a minor setback, the attentive staff and prime location compensated for it. Melia Hanoi strikes a balance between luxury and value, ensuring a pleasant stay for discerning guests.
