The efficient staff swiftly resolved the issue, highlighting their commitment to guest satisfaction.The room itself exuded luxury, with a spacious layout and modern amenities like a glass-separated bathroom. The diverse breakfast options and quality facilities enhance the overall value of the stay. While the initial room allocation hiccup was a minor setback, the attentive staff and prime location compensated for it. Melia Hanoi strikes a balance between luxury and value, ensuring a pleasant stay for discerning guests.
